Extras
On paid plans, an owner can allow extras beyond the plan's monthly amounts, up to a monthly limit they set in Plan & billing ($25 to start; $0 means stop at the plan's limit). Extras appear on your Shopify bill.

Credit packs
Prefer to pay ahead? On a paid plan, add a credit pack in Plan & billing. It goes on your next Shopify bill, and extras are taken from the credit first.

Lite or Advanced videos: see the difference
The same style image and script, made with the Lite model (left) and the Advanced model (right, on the Growth and Pro plans): bold camera moves, cinematic effects around the product and a full score with sound effects. The product itself never changes.
Avatar videos: your avatar presents the product
An AI avatar shows the product in a short routine, with a natural voice and a soft music bed (on the Growth and Pro plans). The product stays exactly as it is in every frame.
Model walk videos: your clothing and shoes, worn
A model wears the store's own products, one item or a whole outfit, and walks a runway or a real-looking setting while the camera eases in to each product, with music (on the Pro plan). Made from the store's product photos.
Questions
- How am I charged?
- Through Shopify. Your plan and any extras or credit packs appear on your Shopify invoice; there's nothing else to set up.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes: Starter and Basic start with a 7-day free trial. You're charged only if you keep the plan after the trial; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. During a trial, extras aren't available. Growth and Pro start straight away.
- What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
- Unless an owner has allowed extras, Launch Desk stops at the limit and says why, until next month or until you change plans.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, any time, from Plan & billing in the app. Shopify shows the change and handles the charge. Uninstalling the app ends your plan.
- Do AI services ever decline?
- Sometimes an AI service declines an image or video (for example, for a protected character). Declined requests aren't counted against your plan.
